The ages range from 11 years and the level of adaptation of the child to this new discipline will be assessed through a face-to-face test on the first day.

The classes are technical and physical, focused on youth and adults, but we balance them in degree of difficulty so that parents and children can train together in the Dojo.

No, your child will train with students of the same age (or similar) in the class and the parents will work in groups of adults, but sharing the same space and exercises between adults and children.
